Q: How quickly will my product ship? 

A: Orders will be fulfilled 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. 

Q: How long will it take my product to arrive? 

A: We primarily use USPS for shipping products. Shipping times are based on their time tables. Please allow extra time for your product to arrive during busier seasons. 

Q: Do you offer local deliveries?

A: Yes! And they are free!

Q: How much is shipping? 

A: Shipping is $2 for any order under $14 and $7 for any order over.

A: The name comes from the idea that we want to write a different story around how products get to you. We want you to cherish the fact that you can get a product masterfully created from across the world delivered to your door. 

Q: Where are your products sourced from?

A: We source our products from small artisan businesses around the world that follow fair trade principles. If you have a question about a specific item, check the product page for more information or shoot us a message.

A: This statement is a commitment to long-term relationships with our artisan partners. We are not in business for the money, we are in this to improve our world. Including our artisans in decision making processes means we can make the best decisions for everyone involved.
